Mini Retreat@Changi Village

We had our mini retreat at Changi Village hotel on 29 Jul, after am service. It was our first "holiday" this year, sob ..... Had wanted to join my sister on their Phuket trip but ES could not take too many days leave; then we looked locally...Rasa Sentosa looked good but the price is too high ($300++ per nite). CVH is much cheaper and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The photos of the hotel also looked nice on internet. So, we settled for it.









It turned out to be a wonderful getaway for us both. We got an executive room on the highest floor, a king-sized bed and sea-view scenery (I requested for them all, ha). We even got a late check-out request granted. We like the way the room is decorated, the nice lush greenery window view and the see-through bathroom. (only for MARRIED couples hor :> )

We relaxed and lazed around; swam on the wonderful rooftop pool where you can view the entire nearby beach surrounding and frequent flying past of the aeroplanes. What a great way to relax! We also strolled along the nearby Changi beach. The place itself really makes you feel like you are not in Singapore.


















We had a great time. We would recommend this place if you are looking for a one-day getaway. Ck & Yvonne - agreed?? (since u've been there)
